Adequate stay in good location
good location air conditioning spacious bathroom open room missing plug uncomfortable feeling
The location was good. It was close to the metro station and some shops. The room included air conditioning, and it worked well. The bathroom was also spacious.
One morning I came back to my room and found it wide open. A staff member said she could smell weed in there. This. There was also no plug in the sink.

amazing stay!
convenient location quick check-in useful amenities
I found the location really convenient. it was a short walk, only three minutes, from earls court station. this made getting around super easy. The check-in process was also quick. the room had everything i needed, including a fridge and an ironing board.
the blue light on the electronic display in the room was too bright. it was difficult to get the room completely dark and i had some trouble sleeping well because of the light.

I noticed that there were many shops located near the main street, including a marks and spencer food, and several fast food restaurants. It would be easy to grab a quick bite. there are many pubs in the area as well, so enjoying the nightlife would be easy.

My room was very clean, modern, and stylish. It was recently renovated to a high standard. the room was well appointed, and i appreciated all the details. the air conditioning worked great, and the mini fridge was very useful for keeping drinks cold.

Acceptable, but room was not the cleanest
dirty room bathroom mud
Location was fine. The tube station was a short walk from the hotel.
The room had clearly not been cleaned properly. I found a lot of mud on the bathroom floor, I expect a better experience next time.
